HORTUS CONCLUSUS

The meanings of a garden enclosed between four walls, as well as the symbol of paradise on Earth, have for centuries represented an oasis in the midst of nothingness, as well as a mystical, at times elusive place.
This "Hortus" paradoxically reflects the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 28 years after the end of the war. Three national groups, living together within four imagined walls, surrounded by the ruins of the past, bow their heads before the same constant leaders, failing to notice that the true "HORTUS CONCLUSUS" lies beyond these four walls.
